当社では、ユーザーがサービスを円滑にご利用いただけるよう、登録時に氏名・生年月日・住所・電話番号・メールアドレスのほか、最適なマッチングを実現するための経歴・スキル・ポートフォリオ等の情報を取得させていただきます。また、お問い合わせ等の際には、対応に必要なご連絡先情報等を取得させていただきます。

３．個人情報の利用目的

当社では、お預かりした個人情報を、皆様に価値あるサービスを提供するための以下の目的の範囲内で大切に利用いたします。

• 本サービス（グローバルチームの提供、マーケティングインフラ等）の確実な提供・運営のため
• ユーザーに最適な機会を提供するための、エンジニアとクライアント企業間のマッチング、チーム組成、業務アサインメントの実施、およびご契約手続きのため（※マッチング成立や業務遂行のため、必要な範囲でエンジニアの経歴やスキル情報をクライアント企業に提供することを含みます）
• より精度の高いマッチングを実現するためのアルゴリズム改善、データ分析、およびAIモデルの学習など、当社のコア技術・サービスの向上のため
• クライアント企業の事業成長をサポートするためのコンサルティングおよびデータ分析のため
• サービスの新機能、アップデート、キャンペーンなど、ユーザーに役立つ情報をメール等でお届けするため
• サービスを安全にご利用いただくためのメンテナンス情報や、重要なお知らせをご連絡するため
• ユーザーからのお問い合わせやご相談に迅速かつ適切に回答するため
• ユーザーの皆様が安心して利用できる環境を守るため、利用規約に違反する行為や不正利用を防止・対応するため

※利用目的を変更する場合は、関連性が合理的に認められる範囲内で行い、変更された目的は速やかにユーザーの皆様にお知らせ、または公表いたします。

４．個人情報を安全に管理するための措置

当社は、ユーザーの大切な個人情報を正確かつ最新の状態で保管し、不正アクセス・改ざん・漏えい等から守るため、業界標準のセキュリティ対策を講じています。また、全従業員に対する教育研修の実施や、個人情報保護規程に基づく定期的な点検を通じて、組織全体での安全管理を徹底しております。

当社は、グループ全体で統合的なサポートを提供するため、以下のとおり個人情報を共同利用させていただく場合があります。

６．個人情報の第三者提供 および 外国にある第三者への提供

１．当社は、ユーザーの皆様の同意がある場合や、本サービスにおけるマッチング等に必要な場合を除き、原則として第三者に個人情報を提供することはありません。ただし、以下の場合は法令の定めに従い提供することがあります。

1. 法令に基づく場合
2. 人の生命、身体又は財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
3. 公衆衛生の向上又は児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
4. 国の機関等から法令に基づく協力要請を受けた場合

２．【グローバルなサポートのための外国への提供】
当社のサービスは、国境を越えて才能と企業をつなぐ性質上、日本国外に所在するエンジニア、クライアント企業、または当社のシステムを支える業務委託先（海外の厳格なセキュリティ基準を満たすクラウドインフラ等）に対して、必要な範囲でデータを提供・共有する場合があります。ユーザーは、本ポリシーに同意することにより、最適なグローバルサポートの提供を目的としたこれらの越境移転について同意するものとします。

７．匿名加工情報および統計データの取扱い

当社は、サービス体験のさらなる向上、技術開発（AI活用等）、市場動向の分析などの目的で、特定の個人を識別できないよう適切に加工した「統計データ」や「匿名加工情報」を作成し、これらを活用させていただくことがあります。匿名加工情報を作成・提供する際は、法令で定められた基準に従い、安全管理措置を講じた上で、復元や個人特定を禁止する等の厳格なルールの下で取扱います。

８．個人情報の開示、訂正、利用停止等

当社は、ユーザーご本人からご自身の個人情報の開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止等（以下「開示等」）のお申し出があった場合、ご本人であることを確認させていただいた上で、電磁的記録の提供等のスムーズな方法により遅滞なく対応いたします。開示等のご希望がございましたら、以下の「お問い合わせ窓口」よりお気軽にご連絡ください。

１０．準拠法および管轄裁判所

本ポリシーの解釈および適用は、日本国法に準拠するものとします。本サービスまたは本ポリシーに関する紛争が生じた場合は、誠意をもって協議し解決に努めますが、万が一訴訟の必要が生じた場合には、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

We will carefully use the collected personal information within the scope of the following purposes to provide valuable services to you:

• To reliably provide and operate our services (provision of global teams, marketing infrastructure, etc.).
• To conduct matching, team formation, and business assignments between engineers and client companies, and to process contracts in order to provide optimal opportunities for users. (*This includes providing engineers' career history and skill information to client companies to the extent necessary for establishing matches and executing business operations.)
• To improve our core technologies and services, such as improving algorithms for highly accurate matching, data analysis, and training machine learning/AI models.
• To provide consulting and data analysis to support the business growth of client companies.
• To deliver useful information to users, such as new features, updates, and campaign information via email, etc.
• To contact you with maintenance information and important notices to ensure the safe use of our services.
• To respond promptly and appropriately to inquiries and consultations from users.
• To protect a safe environment for all users by preventing and responding to acts that violate our Terms of Service or unauthorized use.

*If the purpose of use is changed, it will be done within a scope reasonably deemed relevant, and we will promptly notify users or publicly announce the changed purpose.

4. Measures for the Safe Management of Personal Information

We implement industry-standard security measures to keep users' valuable personal information accurate and up-to-date, and to protect it from unauthorized access, falsification, leakage, etc. In addition, we ensure safety management throughout the organization through educational training for all employees and regular inspections based on our Personal Information Protection Regulations.

Given the nature of our services, which connect talent and companies across borders, we may provide or share data to the extent necessary with engineers, client companies located outside of Japan, or our business contractors supporting our systems (such as overseas cloud infrastructures that meet strict security standards). By agreeing to this Policy, you comprehensively consent to these cross-border transfers for the purpose of providing optimal global support.

7. Handling of Anonymized and Statistical Data

For the purposes of further enhancing the service experience, technological development (including AI utilization), and market trend analysis, we may create "statistical data" or "anonymously processed information" properly processed so that no specific individual can be identified, and utilize such data. When creating and providing anonymously processed information, we will handle it under strict rules, including prohibiting restoration or identification of individuals, after implementing safety management measures in accordance with standards prescribed by laws and regulations.

8. Disclosure, Correction, and Suspension of Use of Personal Information

When a user requests the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of their own personal information (hereinafter referred to as "Disclosure, etc."), we will respond without delay using smooth methods such as the provision of electromagnetic records, after verifying the user's identity. 10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The interpretation and application of this Policy shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute arising in relation to the Service or this Policy, we shall sincerely consult and strive for resolution; however, should litigation become necessary, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive jurisdictional court of first instance.
